Why trail run in Les 7 Laux?
The 7 Laux area offers a wild and technical setting for trail running enthusiasts in the mountains.
Here, altitude, vertical drop, ridges and undergrowth follow one another. It’s a demanding destination, ideal for training for long-distance trail running or trail running on technical terrain.
The routes are seldom used, the panoramas spectacular and the paths challenging: a real spot for runners who love the raw natural environment.
