OUR TRAIL COURSES

2021 Belledonne Chartreuse Echappee Belle Jean Luc Augier 5
|
The Belledonne massif is a demanding and instructive terrain for trail running: technical trails, steep gradients, aerial passages and altitude.
The trail courses offered by the École de Trail Belledonne – Pays d’Allevard are designed as days of route reconnaissance and targeted training, enabling participants to acquire essential reference points in mountain terrain, work on technique and gain a better understanding of the specific requirements of the region.
Why trail run in Les 7 Laux?
The 7 Laux area offers a wild and technical setting for trail running enthusiasts in the mountains.
Here, altitude, vertical drop, ridges and undergrowth follow one another. It’s a demanding destination, ideal for training for long-distance trail running or trail running on technical terrain.
The routes are seldom used, the panoramas spectacular and the paths challenging: a real spot for runners who love the raw natural environment.
