The data collected is processed for information and communication purposes by the 7 Laux resort – Office de Tourisme Belledonne Chartreuse.

The user is hereby informed that the site editor, in its capacity as data controller, implements the processing of personal data relating to the user’s data, with the following main purposes:

  • accessing the site and benefiting from its content and functions;
  • the processing, management and follow-up of requests for contact and information, and responses thereto;

The aforementioned purposes pursued by the site editor result mainly from the latter’s legitimate interest in monitoring, managing and organizing its relations with site users, and with its contacts (customers/prospects) in general, and in implementing communication operations within the framework of its activity and its development, particularly economic. The collection and processing of users’ personal data is also essential in order to take into account and respond to requests made by users (e.g. requests for contact or information, unsolicited applications or responses to job / collaboration / internship offers, etc.).

The data collected in this context may include data relating to the user’s identity, contact details, or student and/or professional background.

The user is informed on each personal data collection form of the mandatory nature of the fields to be completed by the presence of an asterisk (any other fields appearing on these forms are optional). Failure to provide mandatory information may result in the data collection request not being processed or being delayed.

Unless otherwise specified, with the user’s consent, or unless data must be archived for the statutory limitation periods and/or mandatory retention periods, user data will be kept for a maximum of three years from the last contact between the user and the site editor. Data relating to a job application/collaboration/internship will be kept for a maximum of two years from receipt of the application by the site editor.
