A word from our ambassadors

Meeting with Marion

A lover of the mountains, snowboarding, skiing and, above all, photography, you’ve probably already come across one of his photos if you follow us on Facebook or Instagram. In this interview, this multi-talented enthusiast shares his favorite spots in Les 7 Laux, his favorite activities and his attachment to the resort.

Hello, can you introduce yourself?

Hello, my name is Léo, I’m 21 and I live in Les Adrets, very close to Les 7 Laux. I’m a carpenter, passionate about photography and skiing of course.

Why did you choose to become an ambassador for Les 7 Laux?

To share moments that some people don’t have the opportunity to experience, and to “promote” the 7 Laux resort.

What does Les 7 Laux mean to you?

A magnificent ski area, conveniently located between Grenoble and Chambéry, which also offers other activities in winter and summer!

How long have you been visiting the resort?

Since the age of 3, i.e. for 18 years.

Is there one place more than another that symbolizes the resort in your opinion?

The cross at the top of Eterlou, which is a “must” for access to much of the resort, and the view from the top of Le Gypaète!

What’s your favorite thing to do in Les 7 Laux?

I love snowboarding and taking photos.

Can you tell us about your perfect day in the mountains?

Enjoying fresh snow and sunshine all day long, eating in a high-altitude restaurant on the slopes, and finishing with a magnificent sunset over the Grésivaudan valley.

Do you have any favorite runs in Les 7 Laux?

Yes, when the conditions are good, I like the Pouta and the combe de Bédina. For a perfect descent with a beautiful sunset, I like to ski down the chanterelle from the snowpark to Prapoutel.

Are there anyother activities you’d recommend doing in Les 7 Lauxapart from those you’ve mentioned ?

The Wiz luge in winter and summer on the Pleynet side.

In summer, downhill biking for the craziest and the swimming pool for the youngest.

Do you visit the resort in summer? If so, for which activity(ies)?

In summer I like to go hiking and sometimes see wild animals.
