The Beldina Nordic ski area

Stretching between 1350 and 1450 meters above sea level, the Beldina Nordic ski area in Prapoutel / les 7 Laux offers some 15 kilometers of cross-country trails. 5 trails of different levels enable everyone to enjoy cross-country skiing at their own level.

• 1 green trail “La carabistouille” offers a 3 km loop.
• 1 light blue “La myrtillette” trail, a 4.3 km loop
• 1 dark blue “Tour du pré de l’Arc” trail, 5 km long.
• 1 red run “La Beldina” covers a 6 km loop
• 1 black trail “le défi de Beldina” offers a very short but more technical course.

Legend has it that this Nordic area, easily accessible from Prapoutel, is closely watched over by Elves and Goblins.

Voie blanche altitude du Pleynet

Le Pleynet’s high-altitude ski area may only offer 3 km of groomed skating, but the beauty of its scenery is what makes it so interesting. Accessible from the Pincerie chairlift on the Le Pleynet / Les 7 Laux site, this “voie blanche” lets you ski at an altitude of 1950 m and enjoy exceptional panoramic views.

The Nordic area: a unique place at Le Barioz

With a Nordic area ranging in altitude from 1,450 to 1,900 meters, the Barioz Nordic area awaits cross-country skiers at Col du Barioz. This high-altitude site offers a 360° panorama and 50 kms of trails prepared for alternative or skating skiing. For those who enjoy snowshoeing, 8 km of marked trails are available for hikers.
