Everything you need to know before booking your MountainCart session
  • What equipment should I bring?

    Compulsory: A helmet (compulsory for everyone).
    Highly recommended: Full ski outfit (jacket, trousers, gloves), goggles or ski mask to protect you from the wind and snow.
    Practical: A closed pocket or small bag for your personal belongings.

  • Do I need to be able to ski for this activity?

    No, absolutely not! That’s one of the great advantages of MountainCart. No skiing skills are required. The activity is accessible to everyone, skiers and non-skiers alike, from 1m40 upwards.

  • Do I need a ski pass?

    No, MountainCart is completely independent of the ski area. You don’t need a ski pass or card holder. All you need to do is book the activity.

  • What does the €30 price include?

    The €30 price includes 2 consecutive runs in a MountainCart, access to the Bouquetins chairlift, kart equipment and a safety briefing. You’ll need to bring your own helmet or hire one on site.

  • How do I book my session?

    Reservations are compulsory and can be made in one of two ways:

    1. Online via the booking link on this page
    2. On the spot at the resort’s ski pass office
    We recommend that you book online to guarantee your slot, especially during busy periods.

  • Is it dangerous? What are the safety instructions?

    MountainCart is a safe activity with excellent trajectory control thanks to the 3 wheels. A full safety briefing is given before each start. Helmets are compulsory and the slopes used (blue and green) are suitable for the activity. As with all snow sports, you must follow the instructions and remain vigilant.

  • What happens in the event of bad weather?

    In the event of adverse weather conditions or for safety reasons, the activity may be cancelled. In this case, you will be contacted and a refund or postponement will be offered. If you have any questions on the day, please contact us.
