Unlike alpine skiing, cross-country skiing in the wild allows you to recharge and re-energize while taking a moment of calm. From the moment you put on your skis, it’s a real freedom that is given to you. As you take your first alternating steps you can feel all your muscles starting to work: adductors, calves, gluteal muscles, forearm muscles, it’s the whole of your body that starts moving as you progress on the trail.
As you progress on the loops that range from 1 km to 6 km depending on your desires and your level on the nordic domain of Beldina in Prapoutel or on the Pleynet altitude domain, you ski in harmony with nature. A little climb? Stop for a few moments at the summit, breathe with full lungs and enjoy the magnificent panorama that opens up to you. Of course, whoever climbs must inevitably descend. So, don’t try to use quarters, there are none… brake… you have arrived in a magnificent little combe.
