With the experienced instructors of the 7 Laux Mountain Bike School, you can take part in individual or group classes, introductory or advanced to practice mountain biking and tackle slopes and descents safely.
Mountain bike downhill or joy rides
Year-round internships
In order to master all the techniques, the Mountain Bike School offers internships all year during the school holidays. Downhill mountain biking requires much more mastery and technique than mountain bike riding. By taking lessons from the Mountain Bike School you are better equipped to approach the Bike Park and its modules or its raised turns.
The differents modules
In order to meet everyone’s needs, the instructors of the 7 Laux Mountain Bike School meet the practice needs of mountain biking by offering different levels.
- For 6-9 year olds: Biker 1 allows a learning of the basics of mountain biking in order to improve and attack terrain that is becoming more and more technical
- For 9-12 year olds: Biker 2 focuses on perfecting and a more advanced introduction to downhill on rough terrain
- For teens and adults: Biker 3 offers 3-hour downhill sessions with further refinement of downhill techniques.
Take mountain bike rides
The 7 Laux Mountain Bike School offers a multitude of rides accompanied by a seasoned instructor. Discover the new routes proposed on the Belvelec space located on the different communes around 7 Laux such as the Adrets, Theys, Hurtières etc.
In addition, on the slope of the Pleynet, Jochen Bogghero accompanies you for your mountain bike rides and to make you live wonderful thrills.
